Live concert by the London grime and dancehall trio Rizzle Kicks at Brixton Academy.
Rizzle Kicks are playing Brixton Academy on Thursday 19 November, a night that puts them right in the middle of South London. It's a standalone date for the duo, with them as the sole name on the bill, so the whole evening is built around their set.
If you're heading down, the venue is at 211 Stockwell Road, SW9 9SL, in the heart of Brixton. It's one of those spots that's easy enough to get to from across the city, and since it's a Thursday, you'll be in the thick of it rather than tucked away on a weekend. The night runs from 19:00 to 23:00, which gives you plenty of time to get there, find your spot, and settle in before they take the stage.
With Rizzle Kicks as the only act listed, the set is the whole point of the evening. There's no support to work through first, so the focus stays on them from start to finish. It's a straightforward bill: just the two of them and the songs they're known for, played out across the night.
