Halloween special show by Duran Duran, with Isaac Wood and anaiis supporting, at The O2 Arena.
Duran Duran play The O2 on Saturday 31 October, with Isaac Wood and anaiis supporting. It's billed as a Halloween special, and they're bringing their danse macabre party to London for the first time. The set is built around twisted hits, unexpected deep cuts and rarely played treasures resurrected from the Duran Duran crypt, so it's not a standard best-of run.
Around the arena, the night is taken over by a spooky programme: a silent disco at the O2 climbs, cinema screenings and surprise Halloween performances. The whole thing is themed, so it's more of a full evening than just a gig.
Duran Duran formed in Birmingham and are now new wave icons and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees with more than four decades of hits behind them, and a reputation for going all out on Halloween. This date is the closer of their autumn UK and European run, and it arrives on the back of the new single 'Free To Love', which features Nile Rodgers, and a headline performance at London's BST Hyde Park in July.
