Alfonsina is running Monday Steakday every Monday from 1 October to 31 December 2026, at 50-52 Long Lane, SE1 9EJ. It's their weekly Argentine-inspired offering: every Monday, you get a free glass of Malbec with your steak.
The meat is grilled over charcoal by the restaurant's Argentine chef, and you pick your own cut from the menu. There's filet, ribeye, rump medallions and sirloin to choose from, so you can go for the leaner end or something with a bit more fat and flavour. The Malbec comes as part of the deal, a red that's a natural partner for steak, and it's on the house as long as you're ordering from the steak list.
