Halloween party night with hip-hop, R&B, house and UKG across three floors, with costumes encouraged and a student ID required.
Milkshake Halloween: The Other Side takes over The Scala on Tuesday 27 October, running from 11:00 pm until 4:00 am. It's the second half of a double-header: the night before was the Gaunt Street Massacre, which sold out completely, and this is the follow-up. The organisers frame it as a second chance for anyone who missed out on the first one, or just as another excuse to dress up and lose your mind on the dancefloor.
There are three floors of music to work through, covering hip-hop, R&B, house, UKG and party anthems, so you can drift between them throughout the night. The Halloween production is full-on, with strobe lights and costumes highly encouraged, so it's the kind of night where the more you commit to the dress-up, the better. It's a student event, which means you'll need a student ID to get in. The venue also runs Clubscan, so make sure you've got an original physical photo ID on you for the door.

One practical thing to keep in mind: access is standing only, with no assigned seats. The Scala spans several floors with plenty of stairs and no lift, so you'll be moving between levels on foot. Tickets start from £11.36, and it runs from 11:00 pm on Tuesday 27 October until 4:00 am on Wednesday morning.
