Mike D 5D - Thank You

Mike D is playing the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire on Wednesday 28 October, as part of his new project Mike D 5D. It's a family affair at the front: Mike Diamond, founding member of the Beastie Boys, is joined on stage by his sons, Skyler and Davis Diamond. The rest of the line-up fills out with Eddie Ruscha, Will Graefe and Milo Ruscha.

They're touring their debut album, Thank You, which runs to thirteen tracks of post-electronic grooves and hypnotic hooks, all carried by Mike D's unmistakable voice. The London show is one of two dates on this run, with Glasgow and Manchester also on the bill. It's presented by Metropolis Music.

Doors open at 19:00 at the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire, Shepherd's Bush Green, London, W12 8TT. Tickets are £35 face value, or £41.88 including fees. The night is for ages 8 and over, and under-14s need to be accompanied by an adult and seated in the balcony.
