Deaf Havana play their album 'Fools and Worthless Liars' in full, with The Dangerous Summer, on their UK and Irish headline tour.
Deaf Havana play O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire on Thursday 5 November, part of their UK and Irish headline tour. They're touring Fools and Worthless Liars, the album that broke them, which hits its 15th anniversary this year. The set is built around it: they play the record in full, and then add a selection of other hits on top.
If you've followed them since the early days, that's the record you'll remember. It's the one that put them on the map, and playing it from start to finish gives the whole thing its own space rather than just picking a few tracks. The rest of the set pulls from their later work, so you get the album as a complete piece and then a run of the songs they've become known for since. It's a long way from where they started, and hearing the two side by side lets you trace that line.
They aren't playing alone, either. The Dangerous Summer are supporting, so there's a full second act to the evening. Between the two, it's a double bill of guitar-led music, with the support getting things moving before Deaf Havana take over for the main set.

Doors open at 19:00, and there's a 23:00 curfew, so the night runs late. VIP packages are available if you want something more than a standard ticket. One thing to keep in mind before you head out: the venue has a strict bag policy. No large bags or rucksacks are allowed inside—just one small bag per person, maximum A4 size. If you're coming from across town, it's worth remembering so you don't end up having to leave your gear behind.
