Meet Charlie the Chimney, the Chimney Lift character, for photo sessions with visitors during Battersea Power Station's October half-term.
Charlie the Chimney is stepping out in public at Battersea Power Station on Monday 26 October, Wednesday 28 October and Sunday 1 November, with sessions at 11am, 12pm, 1pm and 2pm on each day. He's the character of the Chimney Lift, and these are the times he comes out to meet visitors in person, so families can grab a photo with him before the lift starts its ascent.
It's part of the station's October half-term activities, which run across all ages. There are workshops where foil ribbons float and bats and spiders leap without being touched, and an 'I Spy London Landmarks Challenge' during the ride up to 109 metres. If you find the landmarks, you get a stamp and a sweet treat, and a chance to win a Charlie the Chimney soft toy.
