Weekly Friday club night on skates with the latest hits, trending tracks and throwbacks across Hip Hop, R&B, Dancehall, Afrobeats and Amapiano.
Link Up Friday is back at Rollernation this Friday 23 October, part of the club night they run every week. It's a skating rink in Bruce Grove, so the whole thing happens on wheels — you skate while the music goes, rather than just standing around it.
They describe Link Up Fridays as their reimagined Friday night experience, a club night on skates that leans on a soundtrack of the latest hits, trending tracks and iconic throwbacks. The music covers Hip Hop, R&B, Dancehall, Afrobeats and Amapiano, so you'll hear the current charts alongside older records from across those styles. It's a wide reach, and the mix of new and old means the set doesn't just stick to one era.
The whole thing is pitched as modern and culturally driven, aimed at a new generation of ravers. If you're more used to a standard club night, the skating changes the energy — it's as much about moving as it is about the music, and the different genres they pull from keep the mood shifting throughout the night.

It runs from 7pm to 1am, with last admission at 11.30pm, so you've got a good window to get there and settle in. Entry is £17, and since it's a weekly thing, you can catch it this Friday or any other if the timing doesn't quite work for you.
