A night of cabaret with juggling, aerial, magic and comedy hosted by juggler-comedian Jon Udry.
Jon Udry is bringing his Variety Bungalow to Jacksons Lane in Highgate on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 October, two nights of cabaret that run for 90 minutes with an interval. Udry is a multi-award-winning juggler-comedian who describes himself as a master of balls, and he's the one holding the whole thing together with his charm and wit.
He's gathered a cast of cabaret legends for a night of circus and conjuring. Aerialist Molly Whitehouse takes to the air, and she's worked with Asake at the O2 and Glastonbury and appeared in TV commercials. Then there's Kane & Abel, twin brothers who blend stand-up with theatrical illusion, bringing what the BBC called 'real magic'. Udry hosts the bill, and it rounds off with the world's last performing tiger, played by a man in a leotard. The whole thing is billed as a gloriously unpredictable night of cabaret, recommended for audiences of all ages.
