Dub Pistols play The Jazz Cafe as their final show of the year, billed as the ultimate Christmas party, over-18s only.
Dub Pistols are playing The Jazz Cafe on Wednesday 23 December, their final show of the year. They're billing it as the ultimate Christmas party, with live music and festive energy, and it's the last time you'll see them on stage until 2027.
If you're not familiar with them, they're a British outfit that's spent nearly three decades fusing dub, reggae, punk, hip-hop, jungle and big beat into a sound that's made them a mainstay of the UK scene. They're fronted by Barry Ashworth, an infamous Londoner, and they've toured the world, breaking America through extended punk-rock roadshows and remixing acts like Moby, Korn and Limp Bizkit. Across ten albums and three decades, they've worked with everyone from Busta Rhymes to Madness and built a reputation for raucous, festival-ready live shows, with sold-out London dates at KOKO and The 100 Club and a Hyde Park performance among them.
The set is just Dub Pistols, so it's a straight run of their sound without any support acts. It's an over-18s only night, which fits the Christmas party framing they've given it. Doors open at 19:00 and the night runs until 22:30, so it's a mid-week one that wraps up well before midnight.
