Daytime Halloween party of breaks music with Plump DJs, Yo Speed, Guau and 10 Sui at Brixton Jamm.
Day Breaks and Finger Lickin are putting on a daytime Halloween party at Brixton Jamm on Saturday 31 October, bringing together a line-up of big names in breaks. It's a daytime one, running from 16:00 to 22:00, so you're in and out well before midnight.
Plump DJs are back at Brixton Jamm, which now has a brand-new sound system and food trucks on site. They're playing an exclusive set built around Night Of The Baku, their new collaboration with Guau, and they'll be digging into the vaults of the legendary Laboratoire Plump Studio for the rest. It's a set that looks back as much as it looks forward, with the new track and the older studio recordings sitting side by side.
Joining them are Yo Speed and Guau, who've both been at the forefront of the Spanish breaks scene for years. Their label, 83 Records, has been a constant presence in the breaks charts, and between them they've played Rince FM DJ sets and toured Australia to sell-out crowds. 10 Sui is also on the bill, billed as the original lady of breaks. Together with Evil Nine, they round out a line-up that pulls from across the breaks spectrum.

It's a strictly 18+ event, so keep that in mind if you're bringing a group. The party runs from 4pm to 10pm on Halloween Saturday, with Plump DJs, Evil Nine, Yo Speed, Guau and 10 Sui taking turns across the afternoon and evening.
