Courtney Barnett plays the O2 Forum Kentish Town for two nights on the European leg of her 'Creature of Habit' tour.
Courtney Barnett plays the O2 Forum Kentish Town on Tuesday 20 October and Wednesday 21 October, two nights in a row. Both start at 19:00.
She's touring her fourth solo studio album, Creature of Habit, and these London dates are part of the European leg of the tour. It's a long run: the tour kicked off in Berlin on 5 October and has since hit Glasgow, Gateshead, Nottingham, Manchester and Bristol before landing here. The set will be built around the new record, which she describes as being "all about change" — about embracing it but also grieving what's gone, and the chaos and confusion that comes with both.
Barnett is an Australian indie rock singer-songwriter, born in Sydney and raised in Hobart, and she's been a regular on the Melbourne indie scene since 2010. Her 2013 double EP, The Double EP: A Sea of Split Peas, won her critical acclaim, and her 2015 album, Sometimes I Sit And Think, Sometimes I Just Sit, earned four ARIA Music awards and a Grammy nomination. In 2017 she formed the supergroup Lotta Sea Lice with Kurt Vile.
