Weekly Saturday botanical-themed brunch with a build-your-own Bellini bar and French toast, eggs florentine and pancakes at Mr Fogg's Botanical Tavern.
Mr Fogg's Botanical Tavern in Fitzrovia runs its Botanical Brunch every Saturday from 12pm, with the last booking at 3:30pm. The pub itself is built around the travels of the legendary explorer Phileas J. Fogg, and it lives up to the name: it's a verdant Victorian hideaway filled with exotic curiosities, botanical treasures and adventurous cocktails. It's spread across two floors, including the Treehouse, a treetop-inspired room with a wisteria ceiling. On the ground floor, well-behaved dogs are welcome before 6pm from Sunday to Friday.
The brunch leans into that botanical theme. You build your own Bellinis using a range of purées curated by Mr Fogg's botanists, with flavours like Passionfruit, Vanilla & Basil, Morello Cherry, Chocolate & Raspberry, or Lychee, Red Rose & Lemon Thyme. You mix prosecco with kombucha, foams, flowers, sweets, fruits and vegetables, so you're essentially playing around with your own drink rather than just ordering one off a list.

To eat, the menu runs two courses. French Toast, Eggs Florentine and Pink Fluffy Pancakes are among the choices, and there's a vegan option too. It's £48 per person, and since it's a Saturday brunch, it's the sort of thing you'd book for a proper slow start to the weekend. The tavern is at 48 Newman Street, Fitzrovia, London W1T 1QQ, and the brunch runs every Saturday from 12pm, with the last booking at 3:30pm.
