Free Thursday night of live jazz played on the speakers at Morocco Bound, with drinks from the Bermondsey beer mile and a relaxed, book-friendly atmosphere for over-18s.
Morocco Bound in Wandsworth is hosting another Bookshop Sessions: Jazz Night on Thursday 12 November, with the music running from 20:00 to 22:30. It's part of their regular Thursday night jazz, which has become a staple of the Morocco Bound calendar.
The evening works to a relaxed, analogue formula: live jazz on the speakers and a room in which you're encouraged to bring a book, a sketchbook or some other creative pursuit of your choice and settle in with it. It's less of a traditional gig where you stand and watch and more of a space to hang out with something to do while the music plays around you. The venue rounds out the night with a selection of local beverages sourced from the Bermondsey beer mile and beyond.
