Live show by London indie rock trio Bar Italia at The 100 Club, part of the venue's End Of Year Series.
bar italia play The 100 Club on Thursday 10 December, part of the venue's End Of Year Series. It's a London-based indie rock trio, and a multi-national one at that: Nina Cristante, Jezmi Tarik Fehmi and Sam Fenton come from Italy, France and England respectively. They're known for a particular blend of lo-fi indie songwriting and sharp, melodic hooks, and this is a headline show with the three of them on the bill.
The 100 Club's End Of Year Series is built around underplays and shows featuring the next wave of great artists, and bar italia fit that brief. It's a basement venue in Fitzrovia, and this is one of the dates they're running as part of the run. The band's sound sits in that lo-fi indie territory, with the songwriting and the hooks taking centre stage.
