Author Lynn Painter visits Waterstones Liverpool for a conversation with author Laura Wood, a Q&A and a book signing for 'Trust Fall'.
Lynn Painter is coming to Waterstones Liverpool on Tuesday 3 November, starting at 6:30 pm. The evening is built around her new book, Trust Fall, an enemies-to-lovers romcom that's just been published. It's the latest from a writer who's made a name for herself with Better Than the Movies, The Do-Over, Betting on You, Nothing Like the Movies, and Fake Skating — all of which have sat on the New York Times bestseller list. She lives in Nebraska, so this is a long way from home.
The night itself is a conversation between Painter and fellow bestselling author Laura Wood, followed by a Q&A with the audience and a book signing. Wood is a good match for the chair: her middle-grade novels have been shortlisted for the Sainsbury's Children's Book Awards, the Blue Peter Book Awards, and the YA Book Awards, and her adult debut, Under Your Spell, has been translated into eighteen languages. She also holds a PhD in nineteenth-century literature from the University of Warwick. The whole thing is put on by Waterstones.
