The Jürgen Approach comes to One Fine Day & Little Leaf on Wednesday 27 January 2027, a three-hour interactive workshop run by Heart Leadership Ltd. It takes Jürgen Klopp's leadership legacy at Liverpool FC and breaks it down into seven principles he brought to the club, translating them into practical takeaways for workplace culture and leadership in a professional setting.
The themes cover a fair bit of ground: prioritising relationships over tactics, psychological safety, relentless inclusivity, increasing capability, building a team of leaders, an organisation's reputation, and its roots in the community. It's aimed at leaders, managers and anyone interested in workplace culture, and you don't need any football knowledge to get out of it with something useful. The session is in-person, and the interactive side means you'll be doing more than just listening.

Tea, coffee, pastries and fruit are provided on arrival, with further refreshments available from the on-site cafe. The venue is on Old Hall Street, a five-minute walk from Moorfields Train Station, with a local NCP Car Park nearby and no on-street parking. Arrive by 8:30 am; the session runs 8:45 to 11:30 am with a short break in between. Tickets are £54.88, and there are no refunds.
