Live orchestral Christmas show with film scores, carols and holiday classics, split into an early and a late concert.
The Christmas Orchestra are back at St George's Hall on Sunday 20 December, after selling out their runs in 2024 and 2025. This year they're playing more locations than ever, taking the show into historic venues and pairing the live music with immersive lighting and surround sound. The music comes from a group of professional musicians, and the set takes you through Christmas film scores, traditional carols and popular holiday classics.
The Liverpool night is split into two halves, so you can pick the time that suits you best. There's an early concert with doors at 17:00 and music from 18:00 to 19:15, and a late one with doors at 19:45 and music from 20:30 to 21:45. If you're heading in early, you'll be out before 8pm; if you go for the late one, you're in for the evening and done by half past ten.

Tickets are £23 to £49, depending on where you sit. With the two separate slots, it's easy to fit around your plans, and since it's a Sunday, you've still got the rest of the weekend to work around it. St George's Hall is right in the city centre, so it's a straightforward trip in and out.
