Heavy metal show by Nottingham band Rattlesnakes, fronted by Rowena Neale, on their 'Shadows in the Night' tour at Outpost, 18+ only.
Rattlesnakes are playing Outpost on Friday 27 November, part of their Shadows in the Night tour. They're a Nottingham-based heavy metal band fronted by Rowena Neale, and the Liverpool date is one of several stops on the run. They'll be joined on the bill by Bloodsaw and Skrike, so there are three bands to get through over the course of the night.
If you haven't come across them yet, they're a relatively new name. They debuted in 2024 and signed to Listenable Records in January 2026. Their debut EP, Deeper Shades Of Torment, came out on 11 April 2025 and went down well with the critics. Their first full album, Shadows In The Night, is due late 2026 from the same label, and this tour takes its name from it. The set should draw from both the EP and the new material.
As for the sound, they describe it as cutting with the sharp steel of 80s NWOBHM — the New Wave of British Heavy Metal — with a modern twist of speed metal. They've cited female-fronted heavy metal acts of the 21st century as an inspiration, and they've been billed as one of the most exciting up-and-coming heavy metal acts in the UK. It's a traditional heavy metal approach, so if you're into that, you'll know where they're coming from.

Outpost is at 77 Renshaw Street, L1 2SJ, and the show runs from 7pm to 11pm. One thing to keep in mind: it's an 18+ only night, so make sure you've got ID on you. With Bloodsaw and Skrike opening, it's a full evening of metal rather than a single band on their own.
