Halloween paint-and-sip session by Paintvine artist, inspired by Van Gogh's Starry Night, at Kabin Liverpool.
Paintvine are bringing a Halloween-themed paint and sip to Kabin Liverpool on Saturday 31 October, from 5pm to 7pm. The session is called Spooky Starry Night, and it does exactly what it says on the tin: you spend the evening painting a spooky twist on Van Gogh's most famous night sky.
It's an artist-led session, so you're not just left to your own devices. A Paintvine artist leads the way, talking you through the process step by step, which makes it beginner-friendly and means you don't need any previous experience to get through it. The whole thing is built for the social side rather than the studious: it's as much about the drinks as the painting, and the format is designed to be relaxed. You'll be working with acrylics, and the session runs for about two hours.
They provide everything you need on the night: acrylic paints, brushes, an apron to keep things tidy, and a stretched canvas to work on. Throughout the session, photos are taken, and you take your finished artwork home with you. The venue bar serves drinks separately, so you can keep your glass full while you paint.
