Book signing by children's author Oliver Jeffers at Waterstones, where he signs copies of 'A Day Off School' and 'There's a Ghost in This House'.
Oliver Jeffers is coming to Waterstones in Liverpool on Tuesday 27 October, as part of his book signing tour. He'll be there from 3:30 PM, signing copies of his latest children's titles.
There are two books to choose from. A Day Off School, illustrated by Kevin Waldron, follows Herbie, who stays home from school when he has the sniffles and soon finds himself missing it. There's a Ghost in This House is a witty, mixed-media take on the traditional ghost story, following a young girl who has never seen a ghost. Both come with a free art print, so you'll walk away with a bit of his work for the wall as well as the book.
If you're bringing children along, there's a helpful detail: parents accompanying them don't need to buy a separate ticket. And if you've already got his books at home, there'll be more of his publishing available to buy on the day.
