Moonshine Saloon: Immersive Wild West Cocktail Experience

Moonshine Saloon is open at 40 Seel Street, and if you've come across it before, it's the Wild West cocktail experience from the people behind Alcotraz. It's produced by Inventive Productions with Fever, and Secret Liverpool is the media partner. The whole thing is built around Clyde Cassidy's underground empire, and you step in as one of his bootleggers.

Once you're inside, you're not just sitting at a bar. You smuggle in your own liquor, and that's what goes into the cocktails you'll be sipping. While you're at it, live actors play out the room's secrets around you, so the story is happening while you're drinking. They hand out Western clothes to everyone, so you'll fit the scene without having to sort your own costume. The one rule is to avoid the Sheriff, because one wrong word can bring down Cassidy's whole operation.

If you're lucky, you might get a close-up tour of the Moonshine Distillery. And for special occasions, they can assign a specific character to a guest of honour, who then plays fully into the narrative as it unfolds. The session runs about an hour and 45 minutes, and it's for over-18s only. If you're bringing a big crowd, groups of more than 30 can book private hire or full venue buyouts.

It's running from 1 October 2026 through to 31 December 2027, so there are plenty of slots to choose from. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, sessions start at 7:05pm. Fridays have 7:05pm and 9:30pm. Saturdays are the busiest, with 12:00pm, 2:15pm, 4:40pm, 7:05pm, and 9:30pm. Tickets start from £38.00.
