Spook-themed evening cruise on the Mersey Ferry with a live DJ, live music on the upper deck and encouraged fancy dress, for adults 18 and over.
Mersey Ferries are running the Monster Mash Halloween Cruise on Friday 30 October, a spook-themed evening trip across the river. It's part of their Evening Cruises on the Mersey series, and the whole thing is built around the Halloween theme, so it's a night for dressing up rather than just turning up in your usuals. Fancy dress is highly encouraged, and the minimum age to attend is 18.
On the music side, a live DJ plays from the 60s to now, and there's a live music performance area on the upper deck, which you'll need to get to by stairs. The cruise lasts two and a half hours, and the bar takes card only, so leave the cash at home. If you're planning a big group, it's worth knowing that bookings of 20 or more bring the price down to £22 per person, otherwise it's £25.

There are two ways to board, depending on which side of the river you're starting from. It departs from Seacombe on the Wirral at 7.30pm, and from the Liverpool Gerry Marsden Ferry Terminal at Pier Head, L3 1DP, at 7.45pm. From there, you'll be out on the Mersey for two and a half hours.
