Michael Starring Ben

Michael Starring Ben comes to the M&S Bank Arena on Thursday 18 February 2027, as part of a tour that runs to 88 dates. It's a tribute show fronted by Ben Bowman, who's billed as the UK's ultimate Michael Jackson tribute star. He looks and sounds like the King of Pop and has spent years honing his routine so that audiences feel they're watching Michael Jackson himself.

Bowman doesn't do this on his own; he's backed by a live band throughout. The show leans on that band, a run of dazzling costumes, and Bowman's own dance routines to work through the greatest hits of Michael Jackson and The Jackson 5. You'll hear Beat It, Billie Jean, Thriller and Man in the Mirror among them, so it's a good cross-section of the songs most people know best. It's a tribute production, and it's not associated with or endorsed by the Michael Jackson Estate.

The Liverpool date is one stop on a long tour, so if you're planning to go, it's worth getting it in the diary early. Doors open at 18:30, the show starts at 19:30, and there's a curfew of 23:00. Under-14s must be accompanied by an adult.
