Fontaines D.C. play the M&S Bank Arena on Friday 20 November, part of their UK and European arena tour. It's billed as their biggest headline show in Liverpool to date, and they're supported by Chalk.
The Dublin five-piece arrive on the back of their fifth studio album, Dopamine Chamber, which came out in October. They describe it as a bold, seductive evolution away from the raw guitar language of their earlier, critically acclaimed records, so the set should lean into that shift. If you've followed them since the beginning, it's a good chance to hear how the sound has moved on from those first few releases.
It's one of the bigger nights on the autumn music calendar, and tickets are already sold out. Premium experiences and accessible tickets are still available through the venue box office, so if you missed out on the general sale, that's where to look. Under-14s have to be accompanied by an adult.
