Dance spectacular by Johannes Radebe, 'JoJo', from his 2027 UK and Ireland tour, with ballroom standards, South African rhythms and pop anthems.
Johannes Radebe brings his new show Finally Home to the Liverpool Empire on Sunday 4 April 2027. It's one stop on his 2027 tour of the UK and Ireland, which follows three previous sold-out tours across the two countries. Most of us know him as 'JoJo', the dancer who's become a British citizen, made his West End debut, and later stepped into the presenter's chair on Strictly Come Dancing.
He describes Finally Home as a new chapter, one that brings together the music and moments that have shaped his journey. On stage, that works out as a dance show built around choreography, vocals and costumes. The repertoire pulls from three different worlds: ballroom standards, South African rhythms and the biggest pop anthems, so the set moves between the formal and the familiar. It's framed as a celebration with everyone invited, and the title Finally Home points back to that journey he's been on.
If you've followed him since the early days, you'll recognise the ballroom side of things, but the South African rhythms bring in the roots he's carried with him. The pop anthems keep it grounded in songs you'll actually know, and the vocals run through the whole thing rather than just sitting in the background. It's a dance show first and foremost, so the choreography is what carries the evening.
