Ladies Day of the Randox Grand National Festival, the steeplechase festival at Aintree Racecourse, famous for its race-day fashion.
Ladies Day is back at Aintree Racecourse on Friday 9 April 2027, one of the three days that make up the Randox Grand National Festival. It's the day most famous for its race-day fashion, which gets watched far beyond the course, while Grand National Day itself centres on the steeplechase. The festival is billed as the world's greatest steeplechase and a national institution that draws a global audience, with history going back to the early 1800s and racing over fences at Aintree dating to 1829.
The 2027 edition adds something new: 'The Inner Circle', a premium viewing experience from the centre of the racecourse. It's a different way to see the action if you're planning to spend the whole day there. HorsePWR is the official racehorse-welfare partner for the event.

On the practical side, gates open at 10:30am, so you've got plenty of time to settle in before the racing gets going. If you're driving, the car parks open at 6am each day and must be booked in advance, so that's one to sort well ahead of time. There's no official dress code, which means you can go as full-out as you like with the fashion or just keep it simple. Tickets for Ladies Day start from £132.96.
