Free Sunday morning of face painting, soft play, entertainers, live music and on-site mascots for children at Blackstock Market.
Blackstock Market is running its Free Family Funday on Sunday 1 November, starting at 12:00. It's part of their new 'Fundays' programme, which they're running every Sunday morning. They describe it as a way of giving back to the local community and spreading positivity, and the morning is built around activities for children.
Each session brings a changing range of things for the kids to get stuck into — face painting, soft play, entertainers and live music — and there are more than 20 mascots on-site. Once the family fun is done, the main theatre hosts Little Laughs Live, a show that's free but ticketed because spaces are limited.
It's worth keeping in mind that this isn't a one-off. The Fundays run every Sunday morning, and there are plenty more dates to work around: Sunday 22 November, Sunday 6 December, Sunday 13 December and Sunday 20 December. If you missed the start of the run, they've already had sessions on Friday 30 October (Halloween), Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November.

For a bit of context on the venue, Blackstock Market bills itself as Liverpool's biggest food and drink market, and it's also home to the Hot Water Comedy Club, a roof terrace, a whisky bar and a cocktail bar. You'll find it at 15 Blackstock Street, Liverpool L3 6ER. Entry to the Funday is free, and you don't need a ticket to get in.
