Design Your Own Perfume Diamond Experience

The Perfume Studio is running its Design Your Own Perfume Diamond Experience in Liverpool on Wednesday 28 October. It's a two-hour session where you get to act as your own perfumer, working through the process of building a scent from scratch rather than just picking one off a shelf.

You'll spend the session with a professionally trained perfume consultant who guides you through 21 fragrance blends and fragrance families. Along the way, you'll learn how different notes combine and how scents are classified using the fragrance wheel, so you'll leave knowing why your final blend works the way it does. By the end, you'll have 30ml of your own signature scent in a glass atomiser to take home.

One detail that's worth noting: the studio registers your perfume in its fragrance library, so if you run out, you can order refills later on. The sessions run as group experiences of up to 32 participants, and under-16s have to be accompanied by a participating adult. It costs £158 for two people.
