A live Christmas concert with West End singers and a band performing Christmas hits by candlelight at Liverpool Cathedral.
Christmas By Candlelight comes to Liverpool Cathedral on Monday 21 December, with two separate performances on the same night. The first runs from 6:45pm to 8:00pm and the second from 9:15pm to 10:30pm, so you can pick whichever fits your evening better. Doors open at 6:15pm for the first and 8:30pm for the second.
The set is built around a cast of West End singers and a live band performing Christmas hits by candlelight. It's a sing-along sort of thing, and the songs are the ones most of us know by heart: White Christmas, Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!, Santa Baby, O Holy Night and Winter Wonderland are all on the list. The whole thing is performed in the Cathedral, which is a fair distance from the city centre, at St James Mount, L1 7AZ.
There's a fully licensed bar on site, and if you're booking for someone with a disability or health condition, the Access ticket includes a free companion ticket for their registered carer. That's a useful bit to keep in mind if you're sorting a group outing.
