DYSCO Liverpool is hosting an ABBA-themed cocktail masterclass on Friday 23 October, with a drag host leading the session. It runs for about an hour, and the whole thing is built around a soundtrack of ABBA singalong favourites, so you'll be shaking drinks to the songs you already know by heart.
The hour is split between cocktail-making demonstrations, tastings and group activities, so you're not just watching from the side. The guest of honour gets to create and name their own cocktail, and Baby Guinness shots are served as part of the mix. It's a hands-on session rather than a sit-down class, and the drag host keeps things moving between the drinks.

There's a dress code encouraged for the afternoon: ABBA-inspired outfits, which means sequins, flares and platform boots. If you've got a pair of bell-bottoms or something sparkly in the wardrobe, this is the time to bring them out. The whole thing is set at DYSCO Liverpool, 27 Stanley Street, L1 6AA, and it starts at 16:00. Tickets are £25.
