ABBA Cocktail Making Experience | Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!

DYSCO is hosting an ABBA-themed cocktail-making class on Saturday 7 November, run by the activity provider HAUS OF FUN. It's called Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! a cocktail..., and it's exactly what it sounds like: a group session where you learn to shake up a few drinks with ABBA tracks playing in the background the whole time.

A drag host leads the group through demonstrations and tastings, and throws in some playful cocktail challenges to keep things moving. It's pitched as a sociable group experience, so it works as well for a birthday or a hen party as it does for a casual get-together with friends. If you're the guest of honour, you get to create and name your own cocktail, which is a nice touch to have as a memory of the day. Dressing up in ABBA-inspired outfits is welcome, though it's optional, so you can go full sequins or just turn up as you are.

Tickets start from £31 per adult, and booking comes with free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance, which is handy if your plans change. One practical note to keep in mind: the venue warns that the experience isn't suitable for wheelchair users.
