Workshop led by Kate Adel to make a Christmas wreath from willow, fir, yew, holly and ivy, with materials and refreshments included.
Kate Adel is running a Christmas wreath making workshop at Adel Wreath making, 5 Sadler Copse, Adel, Leeds LS16 8NW, on Saturday 5 December from 10 am to 1 pm. It's one of seven dates she's offering across the season, so if that particular morning doesn't work, there are other slots to choose from.
Kate leads the whole thing, guiding you through making a wreath to hang on your front door. Everyone starts with a willow ring and dresses it in four types of fir, plus yew, holly and ivy. From there you finish it off with ribbons, fir cones, orange slices and cinnamon sticks. All the materials and equipment are included, so you just need to turn up.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Leeds and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

It's a slow, hands-on session that runs for about two and a half to three hours, with mince pies and tea or coffee served while you work. If you're booking an afternoon or evening slot rather than the morning one, you're welcome to bring your own bottle. The cost is £51.50.
