Teen Fic Club: Make it Write! - Monthly Writing Club

Teen Fic Club meets again at the College Avenue Branch on Tuesday, November 24, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. It's a monthly writing club run by the Indianapolis Public Library, and it's built for teenagers who want a dedicated space to work on their writing. If you've been keeping a notebook in your bag or a folder of half-finished drafts on your laptop, this is the kind of place where you can actually sit down and get some words on the page.

One of the best things about the club is how open the format is. There's no single genre or style you're expected to stick to. You can spend the session working on fan fiction, building out original worlds and characters of your own, or just writing for pleasure without any particular goal in mind. Whether you're deep into a specific fandom or starting something from scratch, the space is there for whatever you're currently into. It's less about following a strict curriculum and more about having a regular time and place to focus on the craft.

Because it runs as a class or workshop, places are limited, so it's worth getting your name in early if you're planning to go. The session runs from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesday, November 24, at the College Avenue Branch of the Indianapolis Public Library, located at 4180 North College Avenue in Indianapolis.
