Adult book discussion of 'Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone' by Benjamin Stevenson, part of the Glendale Branch's Tuesday Night Readers series.
Tuesday Night Readers is back at the Glendale Branch on Tuesday, November 3, for another adult book discussion. This time around, the group is diving into Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone by Benjamin Stevenson, a mystery that does exactly what the title says on the tin. If you've read it, it's a good chance to talk it through with other readers; if you haven't, it's a solid excuse to pick it up before the meeting.
For those who aren't familiar with the venue, the Glendale Branch is part of the Indianapolis Public Library system, which has served the Broad Ripple community since 1930. It's had a bit of a journey over the years: it opened as a stand-alone branch in 1949, and in 2000, it moved inside Glendale Mall, making it the first full-service library in the country to be located in a major shopping mall. In 2024, it moved again, this time into a new 24,800-square-foot space at the site of the former John Strange Elementary School. Tuesday Night Readers is the branch's ongoing adult book discussion series, so this is just one installment in a regular lineup.

The discussion runs from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Glendale Branch, 3660 East 62nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46220. It's a free event, and since it's part of a series, it's a low-pressure way to get into a reading group without committing to a long-term club. If you're into mysteries and want to spend an hour talking about one with people in the neighborhood, this is a good spot to start.
