Jack Ingram performs his Acoustic Holiday Tour with special guest Waylon Payne at The Heights Theater.
Jack Ingram brings his Acoustic Holiday Tour to The Heights Theater on Saturday, December 12, with Waylon Payne appearing as special guest. It's an all-ages show, so you can bring the whole family along.
Ingram has been a fixture of the Texas music scene for more than 20 years, and his catalog is deep. He's released 10 studio albums and six live ones, and he's earned ACM awards for Top New Male Artist and Song of the Year, along with GRAMMY and CMA nominations. One of those studio records, The Marfa Tapes, was a collaboration with Miranda Lambert and Jon Randall. These days, he's also the host of Texas Music Scene, a syndicated TV show that features Texas artists in more than 80 markets.
Beyond the music, he's put time into a few local projects. In 2013, he teamed up with actor Matthew McConaughey and UT Austin football coach Mack Brown for a fundraiser called "Mack, Jack & McConaughey," and he supports Texas Songwriter U (TxSU), a songwriting development program.
