Ballroom Night - Dance Class and Dance Social

Just Danze Dance Studios is hosting its Ballroom Night this Friday, October 16, from 7:30 to 10:00 PM. It's part of a larger weekly series the studio runs, with a different theme every Friday night rotating through Latin, Country, Ballroom, and Teen. This particular Friday is the Ballroom turn, so the evening centers on that style.

Each session follows the same format: it opens with a short group lesson, and then the floor opens up for social dancing. The lesson is there so you can get a few steps under your belt before you start dancing with other people, and the social part is when you actually put them to use. The studio welcomes both students and guests, so you don't have to be a regular to jump in. If you've never danced before, they offer a free intro lesson to take before your first dance night, which is a good way to get comfortable before you show up on a Friday.
