An evening of classic rock anthems from legends past and present with a light and projection show.
The Ultimate Classic Rock Show plays The Pavilion Theatre on Saturday 6 February 2027, starting at 7.30pm. It's a night built around the big songs of classic rock, with a band that plays hit after hit with accuracy and high energy, backed by a light and projection show.
The set runs for over two hours and draws on the songbooks of some of the biggest names in the genre. You'll hear Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Pink Floyd, ELO, Deep Purple, Free, AC/DC, The Eagles and Jimi Hendrix. That's a wide stretch of ground to cover in one evening — from the bluesy lines of Clapton and Hendrix to the stadium anthems of Queen and AC/DC, and the more atmospheric textures of Pink Floyd. It's a good mix of the heavy, the melodic and the psychedelic, so there's plenty to get through.
The band describes the whole thing as a roller-coaster journey of classic rock nostalgia, and the light and projection show runs alongside the music throughout. It's a long set, so you'll get a fair few songs from across that list rather than just a handful of the most obvious ones. The Pavilion is right in the city centre, at 121 Renfield Street, G2 3AX, so it's easy to get to on a Saturday night.
