Award-winning stand-up Seann Walsh returns with This is Torture after his sell-out 2023 tour, as part of the International Comedy Festival 2027.
Seann Walsh is back at Òran Mór on Sunday 21 March 2027 with This is Torture, the show that follows his sell-out 2023 tour. It's a solo stand-up set, and it's part of the International Comedy Festival 2027, so there'll be plenty of other comedy running across the city around the same time.
Walsh is a Brighton comic who first got on stage in 2007. He didn't take long to make a name for himself, winning the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year within two years. From there he picked up a Chortle Best Breakthrough Act nomination in 2010 and a Chortle Best Compere nomination in 2011. By 2016, Ents24 had him on their list of the ten hardest-working comedians in the country, and The Guardian called him 'unquestionably the best observational comic of his generation'.
The venue is Òran Mór, 351-357 Great Western Road in the West End. It was formerly Kelvinside Parish Church, and the name is Gaelic for 'great melody of life' or 'big song'. It's a well-known spot in the neighbourhood, so you'll have plenty of options for a drink or a bite nearby before and after.

The show starts at 8:00pm, and tickets are £19.80, which includes the booking fee. It's a Sunday night, and since it's part of the International Comedy Festival, it's one of many acts performing across Glasgow that month.
