SAMH Presents: Drag & Dine - Glamour with a Purpose

Drag & Dine returns on Saturday 14 November, this time at the Barras Art And Design Centre in Glasgow's East End. It's a charity afternoon hosted by CJ Banks, with Kate Butch and Latex as special guest performers. The whole thing is put on by SAMH, and every moment of the afternoon raises funds for mental health support across Scotland.

It's pitched as a glam-packed session of sparkle, laughter and entertainment to be shared with friends, family or colleagues. Alongside the show, the room plays host to a raffle, a 'Manifest That Prize' game, Drag Bingo and a 'Spin the Wheel' game sponsored by Vanilla Ink, with a piece of new jewellery up for grabs. The drag is the main event, but there's plenty of side-action to keep the afternoon moving between the performances.

There are two ticket options. The standard ticket costs £55 and includes a drink on arrival, a street food lunch and a goody bag. The VIP upgrade is £80 and adds early entry, a meet and greet with the queens, a digital copy of a professional photograph taken on the day, VIP extras in the goody bag, reserved seating near the stage and a glass of prosecco at the table.

It runs from 11am to 4pm at BAaD, 54 Calton Entry, Glasgow East End G40 2SB.
