A night of drag-a-long performances, film screening and Halloween after party in Rocky Horror style, with audience participation encouraged.
Rocky Horror Drag-A-Long comes to Òran Mór on Wednesday 28 October, a night built around the cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show. It's not a standard screening: the film runs alongside drag-a-long performances, and the whole thing carries on into a Halloween after party, all in the spirit of the original.
The draw here is audience participation. You're invited to do the Time Warp, shout lines and bring your own props, and costumes are highly encouraged — they describe the look as decadent debauchery, glitter and glam that Dr. Frank-N-Furter would be proud of. If you've never been to a Rocky Horror screening before, that's the tradition it's leaning into: the crowd becomes part of the show rather than just watching it from the dark.

Òran Mór is a multi-arts venue at the top of Byres Road that programmes theatre, live music, cabaret and contemporary arts, so it fits the bill for a night that blends a film screening with live performance and a party. The whole thing kicks off at 19:00, and tickets are £15.
