Placebo play the OVO Hydro in Glasgow with their 30th Anniversary Tour, revisiting songs from their first two albums.
Placebo play the OVO Hydro on Monday 30 November, part of their 30th Anniversary Tour. It's one of 36 dates they're taking across Europe and the UK, starting in Portugal, and the Glasgow show is an arena date in the West End.
The tour marks three decades since the band's self-titled debut album, and the set leans on their first two records, Placebo and Without You I'm Nothing. That means they're playing songs that haven't been heard live in more than 20 years, so if you've followed them since the beginning, this is a look back at where it all started rather than a run through the later years.
There are a few things to keep in mind if you're bringing younger ones along. Standing tickets are restricted to over-14s and seating to over-8s, and under-16s need to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Doors open at 6:30pm, so you've got plenty of time to get sorted before the show starts.
