A rock concert featuring Manic Street Preachers and Suede at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow.
Manic Street Preachers and Suede are sharing a bill at the OVO Hydro on Wednesday 28 October, part of a UK arena tour they're running together throughout 2026. It's a double bill that puts two of the biggest names from the Britpop and post-punk era on the same stage, and for a night in Glasgow, it's a fair amount of music for one ticket.
Both bands have spent decades as headliners in their own right, so seeing them on the same bill is a bit of a rarity. The Manics bring their particular brand of loud, melodic rock, and Suede their glam-inflected, sweeping sound. On a night like this, you get two full sets rather than one band with a support act, so it's a long evening of music. If you've followed either of them for years, it's a chance to see them both in one go.
The Hydro is a big room, and this is an arena tour, so it's built for a crowd. Doors open at 18:30, and the music starts at 18:30 too, though the first act will be on shortly after that. If you're coming from across the city, it's worth leaving a bit of time to get through the doors and find your spot before things get underway.

Tickets run from £51.00 to £86.75, which includes the admin fee, with a fulfilment charge on top. There's also Venue Premium available at £134.40, including the admin fee and fulfilment. Between the two bands, it's a lot of ground to cover in one night, and with the doors opening at 18:30, you've got plenty of time to settle in before the first set kicks off.
