Lee Peart brings his debut stand-up comedy tour to Glasgow, delivering warm, self-deprecating humour on family, work and ambition.
Lee Peart brings his debut stand-up tour to The Stand Comedy Club on Wednesday 5 May 2027, with his show It's Not You, It's Lee. It's his first time taking the full hour centre stage, and the Glasgow date is part of a wider run of venues across the UK.
For a few years now, Peart has been working in the background, warming up for some of the biggest TV shows on the go. This is the first time he's stepping out from that and taking the spotlight for himself. He grew up in Grimsby and co-hosted the podcast Bottoms Up, and he's built his act around the things most of us deal with every day: family, work, relationships and ambition. He delivers it with warmth, razor-sharp observations and a good deal of self-deprecating humour.
The title comes from his own take on taking full responsibility for it all: It's Not You, It's Lee. The show is about the highs, the lows, the spectacular fails, and the art of dusting yourself off and carrying on. It's a debut tour, so this is the first time the full hour is being taken on the road.
