Live concert by the Scottish hip-hop group Kneecap at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow.
Kneecap are playing the OVO Hydro on Wednesday 9 December, their only Glasgow date that winter. It's a mid-week one, so you'll need to plan for a night out on a Wednesday rather than a weekend, but it's right in the SEC, easy enough to get to from the city centre.
For anyone who hasn't kept up, Kneecap are the Belfast trio who've made a name for themselves rapping in a mix of Irish and English, their set as much about the language as the music. They've built their reputation on a high-energy live show, and the Hydro is a big room to fill, so it'll be worth seeing how that translates to a venue this size. The bill is straightforward: it's just Kneecap on the night, no supporting acts listed, so they'll be carrying the whole evening themselves.

It's a Wednesday night in the SEC, so keep that in mind when you're sorting your travel.
