Glasgow's biggest midweek karaoke session every Thursday at Haus, with over 10,000 songs to choose from.
Karaoke Thursdays are back at Haus Glasgow this Thursday 15 October, and they're a regular fixture here. It's billed as Glasgow's biggest midweek karaoke session, and the name tells you exactly what it is: a night dedicated to taking turns on the mic right in the middle of the week. If you're not feeling the spotlight, you can just sing along from the crowd, so it works whether you're there to perform or just to watch.
The song list is the real draw. There are over 10,000 tracks to choose from, which covers a lot of ground. You'll find the big singalong staples like Abba, Robbie Williams and Queen, and enough depth to keep going long after the obvious hits are gone. It's the kind of library where you can pick something everyone knows or dig out a proper deep cut.
Haus Glasgow itself is in the city centre at 25 Royal Exchange Square, and it's more than just a karaoke spot. They describe it as the new home of after-work drinks and afternoon shenanigans that turn into all-night parties, with the chance to dance however you want and sing-alongs from the house bands, singers and performers every night. If you're around during the day, they also run 'Haus By Day Disco' — a daytime session led by Haus Glasgow, Michael Kilkie and Paige Turley, full of forgotten favourites, house classics and Ibiza bangers.
