Stand-up comedy performance by Jacob Hawley at Òran Mór in Glasgow.
Jacob Hawley plays Òran Mór on Thursday 5 November, with the show starting at 8:00 PM. He's an award-winning stand-up whose work has popped up across a fair few channels: The Russell Howard Hour on Sky1, Ladhood on BBC3, The Stand Up Sketch Show on ITV2, and Secrets of the Comedy Circuit on ITVX, with over 4 million views online.
Beyond the TV spots, he's the stand-up behind The Screen Rot Podcast and has a BBC Sounds show, Jacob Hawley: On Drugs, as well as a Radio 4 Stand Up Special, Welcome To Britain. He's also appeared on The Have A Word, Talksport, Sky, ITV and the BBC, so he's well-used to working across different formats. The critics have had a few words about him too: The New Statesman called him 'the distinctly millennial rising star of the Edinburgh Fringe', The Sunday Post described him as 'voice of a generation', and Steve Bennett of Chortle called him 'a down-to-earth talent who's got it in spades'.
