Scottish DJ and producer Ewan McVicar headlines the Barrowland Ballroom with a night of electronic music, spanning disco, tech house, techno, acid and house.
Ewan McVicar headlines The Glasgow Barrowland Ballroom on Sunday 7 February 2027, one of two Scottish dates he's playing that month. He's a Scottish DJ from Ayr, and he's taking the full night himself, so it's just him on the bill.
If you've not come across him, he's a core member of Patrick Topping's Trick collective, and he was nominated in the Breakthrough DJ category at the 2020 DJ Mag Best of British Awards. Back in Ayr, he's credited with revitalising the town's club culture and sparking a movement that's still going strong. As a producer, his sound pulls from disco, tech house, techno, acid and house, so the set should cover a fair bit of ground across the electronic spectrum rather than sticking to one narrow lane.
The Glasgow night is part of a short Scottish run, with another show at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange on Saturday 27 February 2027. If you're based in the city, the Barrowlands is the closer of the two.
