Ireland's number one Depeche Mode experience, DMODE, live at The Ferry. A tribute to the band's electro-pop classics.
DMODE bring their Depeche Mode tribute to The Ferry on Sunday 15 November, with the show starting at 7:30pm and doors open from 6:00pm. They describe themselves as Ireland's number one Depeche Mode experience, and the set runs from the early electro-pop classics like 'New Life' through to 'Enjoy the Silence' and beyond, so it covers a fair stretch of the band's catalogue rather than sticking to one era.
What they're going for is a homage to the original sound, and they've built the show around the three elements that define it: Dave Gahan's razor-sharp vocals, Martin Gore's guitar-perfect melodies and Andy Fletcher's synth work. If you know the records, those are the parts they're aiming to recreate, so the set should feel familiar regardless of which period of the band you prefer.
