Stand-up comedy night with Craig Hill, bringing his tour to Oran Mor as part of the Glasgow International Comedy Festival.
Craig Hill brings his tour to Òran Mór on Friday 19 March, as part of the Glasgow International Comedy Festival. The show is titled You're Not Even Safe Up The Back!, and it's a night of fearless improvisations, music and live comedy, with audience interaction and strong language. It's recommended for ages 16 and over.
If you've never seen him, Hill is billed as Scotland's cheeky, irreverent and uproarious 'Kilty Comedy Pleasure'. He's a three-time nominee for the Sir Billy Connolly Spirit of Glasgow Award and is known for his razor-sharp wit and the way he works the room. The Glasgow International Comedy Festival describes him as a naturally funny comedian, and the Mirror called him flat-out hilarious.
He's performed across Europe and Australia, including the Sydney Opera House, all over Scotland and south of the border at the London Palladium. He's also staged an off-Broadway show in New York and hosted a bespoke variety show created for Lord Lloyd Webber on his Sydmonton estate. The title of this tour gives you a fair idea of how he works: he's just as likely to pick on someone in the back row as he is the front, so no one is really off-limits.

It's a single-act night, so it's just Hill on stage for the whole thing. The show starts at 7:30pm at Òran Mór on Byres Road, and tickets are £19.50.
